Acceptance of Terms: 

By accessing ATOMIC ACCA, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

User Registration: 

● To access certain features and services, users must create an account. 

● Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. 

● Sharing account credentials is strictly not accepted. If found, we will terminate the subscription without issuing any refunds. 

Subscription Policy:

● Course Validity
Each course enrollment comes with a 100-day access period, beginning from the date of enrollment. During this time, students have full access to all course content and resources.

● Mid-Session Enrollment
Students who enroll midway through a session will still receive access for 100 days. However, if they utilize course access up to the exam date, any remaining days from the 100-day period will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward or redeemed in the next session.

● Session Deferral Policy
If a student chooses not to appear for the exam in the current session, they must inform ATOMIC ACCA on or before the exam booking deadline (30 days prior to the exam date). In such cases, the remaining number of days within the original 100-day period can be carried forward to the next session at no additional cost.

● Non-Notification Consequence
If a student fails to notify the management about their decision not to appear for the exam by the specified deadline, access to the course will continue until the exam date. In this case, if the student wishes to access the course in the next session, it will be considered a new enrollment, and standard fees will apply.

● Course Switch Policy

Users may switch to a different course of the same price level within the first 7 days of enrollment at no additional cost. After this period, course switching is not permitted. If a user wishes to access a different subject beyond the 7-day window, it will be treated as a new enrollment and charged accordingly.

● Re-sit Policy

If users don't pass the exam on their first attempt or are unable to take the exam for valid reasons, they have the option to re-enroll in the same course at a 50% discounted fee. The access duration in this case shall remain limited and will be determined at the discretion of ATOMIC ACCA after evaluating the circumstances of the re-enrollment.

Reward Club: 

Who doesn’t love cash rewards? And all you’ve got to do is… study well and pass your exam!
Here’s the deal: Pay a small premium over the Standard Club fee, and boom—you’re in the Reward Club. That means you're eligible to get rewarded just for passing in the first attempt, no matter your score. Yep, it’s that simple. Pass the exam, and we pass the rewards!
And hey—if you don’t pass, no worries—we got you. You’ll get a free re-sit to our coaching in the next session. Win-win!

NOTE: Reward Club is to enhance your motivation. There are no additional materials, study content, or special privileges given to Reward Club members compared to those who enroll for Standard Club. For added flexibility, users can switch from the Standard Club to the Reward Club at any point during the course by paying the premium figure. However, switching from the Reward Club to the Standard Club is not permitted within the last 3 weeks (21 days) before the exam date. 

Intellectual Property: 

● All content provided on ATOMIC ACCA, including course materials and live sessions , is protected by copyright. 

● Users may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without explicit permission. Atomic ACCA has the rights to proceed legally in such situations.

Privacy Policy: 

● We may collect personal information and other details you provide when you register or use our services. 

● We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

User Responsibilities: 

● Users must abide by all applicable laws and regulations. 

● Respectful and courteous conduct is expected from all users. 

Disclaimer of Warranty: 

ATOMIC ACCA makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. 

Limitation of Liability: 

● ATOMIC ACCA is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages. 

● Exceptions may apply in cases of gross negligence.
