● Currency and Taxes:
All fees are payable in the currency stated/discussed during checkout/enrolment based on location, and any applicable taxes or international transaction fees shall be borne by the user.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
● Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be considered for legitimate and clearly justified reasons, such as serious technical access issues or personal emergencies. Any refund request must be supported by evidence and will be evaluated based on the user's activity and progress as shown in the internal course progress tracker, which is accessible only to enrolled students.
● No Refund for Passive Access:
Merely enrolling and not accessing or using the course materials does not qualify for a refund. Users are expected to actively engage with the content.
● Session Rescheduling or Cancellation:
ATOMIC ACCA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tuition sessions, revision marathons, or full courses due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, users will be notified in advance, and efforts will be made to offer alternate solutions or equivalent sessions.
● Violation of Terms:
ATOMIC ACCA retains the right to cancel any enrollment or suspend access to course materials without a refund if a student is found to have violated platform rules, shared copyrighted content, misused group access, or disrupted the learning environment in any manner.
Termination
Serious Misconduct Reporting:
In cases of academic dishonesty, abusive behavior, impersonation, or other serious violations of ethical or institutional guidelines, ATOMIC ACCA reserves the right to escalate the matter to ACCA (the examining body). A formal request for termination of the student's registration with ACCA may be submitted, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
